refactor(Plate,toolpath3d): 重构精加工刀路逻辑，添加同层免抬刀直连优化

  1. 优化toolpath3d_inner_anyc的generate_finish_side，新增同层相邻扫描段直连逻辑，减少抬刀次数和刀路点数量
  2. 重构Plate.py的GenMain流程，将工序分发交给ProcessParser统一处理
  3. 更换测试用的吊坠模型文件名为pendant111.stl
